What should I wear? |
| Quick drying clothes, footwear that will stay on your feet (no flip flops), and sunscreen. |
| When should I show up? |
| You should arrive at the time listed on your confirmation. So if you purchased the 12:00pm trip, that is the time you show up. |
Should I tip my guide? |
| If you think your guide made a difference in your trip, then guides will greatly appreciated your tips. |
Cancellation policy? |
| If you cancel wihin 14 days of your trip, a full refund minus a10% booking fee will be issued. |
Do you offer group discounts? |
| Groups of 10 or more get 10% off, larger groups recieve even more discounts. Call for details. |
Do I have to sign a waiver? |
| Yes, All participants (and guardians if individual is under the age of 18) are required to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement. |
